Refund

Refund required for personal reasons:

Orders already in production or completed need to be refunded due to personal reasons, and you need to bear the cost of the part already produced.

 

After-sales

On the off chance that you are unhappy with any of the products that you have received, you have up to 30 days from receipt of delivery to contact us with a clear and concise description of the problem.

Please do not return any products to us unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of the ACGGoods team.

We will happily resend or refund what is

  1. Quality problems:
    • Damage caused by the transportation process
    • The physical function of the goods there is the use of failure (such as can not charge)
    • Commodity size, style, material, craftsmanship, or details of the page description of the naked eye's visible difference
  2. Received goods and their own order do not march:
    • The goods are not what you ordered
    • The actual order quantity does not match, under-insurance and omissions
    • Missing accessories
  3. Did not receive the goods:
    • The courier company clearly for the lost parcel
    • Returned due to the courier

There will be no after-sales if the situation was

  1. Personal reasons:
    • You do not like or you don't want it anymore
    • After receiving the goods, the goods are damaged due to personal reasons
    • Ordering the wrong size and process
  2. The parcel was returned due to personal reasons:
    • Refusal to accept
    • Overdue
    • Unknown addresses or phone numbers
    • Incorrect receiving information
    • Unable to contact the recipient
  3. Import Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the costs associated with receiving the goods and no refunds can be made for goods abandoned or rejected by the buyer.
  4. Delivery time:
    • The estimated delivery time is for reference only, the actual delivery time will be affected by different products of the production process, technology, batch, machine, capacity, and other objective factors
    • If the same order contains a variety of different processes, the actual delivery time may be delayed compared to the estimated delivery time, so the delivery time is not within the scope of the after-sales service

 

How to apply for After-sales?

  1. Please prepare your order number and take photos or video recordings of the product unboxing and the actual product.
  2. Contact the ACGGoods Team via email at acggoodsofficial@gmail.com, describe your problem in detail, and send your order number and the above information to proceed with the after-sales services.
  3. ACGGoods Team members will reply you within 24 hours on workdays (GMT+8 10:00-19:00)
